MY PHILOSOPHY OR BELIEF ABOUT THERAPY:

Therapy is a little like training for a sport. You won’t win every game and progress isn’t always visible but every practice builds something. Sometimes, just  showing up is the win. Some days you work on your technique, some days you just catch your breath.
