Senior Counselling Psychologist (Full-Time)
Job Description:
📍 Location: Mumbai (Andheri office) | Closest metro station: D N Nagar
🕰 Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days In-Office + 2 Days WFH)
📅Working Days: Weekend availability required (On Saturdays and Sundays) with a weekday-off
⌚ Working hours:
09:00 AM to 03:00 PM on Sundays (in-office)
Time shifts for other days: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 12:30 PM to 08:30 PM (Each day’s timing and a weekly off shall be decided prior during onboarding process after clearing the final round)
📄 Nature of Employment: Full-Time
🎓 Qualification: Master’s in Psychology (preferred)
📊 Experience: 2 years and above
💵Salary: ₹40,000 per month (after probation period of 3-6 months)
🗣 Languages: Hindi & English fluency a must. Other languages = brownie points 🍫

👩⚕️ What You’ll Do
As our Senior Counselling Psychologist, you’ll:
🧠 Offer therapy to individuals & couples (online + in-office)
📋 Maintain client notes and documentation
💬 Attend regular peer discussions & reflective practices
📚 Participate in case conferences and learning circles
💼 Train junior therapists, trainee therapists and interns
🌈 Work from a queer-affirmative, trauma-informed, and socially aware lens
