A Fun Fact about me:
I talk a lot about neurons and my neural networks seem to recall a song for every word I hear.

MY PHILOSOPHY OR BELIEF ABOUT THERAPY
I believe therapy is a space where all of it becomes very real. It is not just about talking rather processing, where we explore the possibility of our body learning newness, slowly and steadily.

ONE KEY LEARNING OR INSIGHT FROM MY EXPERIENCE AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

I've learned that rushing into healing doesn't pan out the way we want it to. Everyone is different and no two journeys are the same. Therapy is not supposed to be some “perfect” place where we strive for insight in each session. Insight might come later but consistently trying to connect with our humanness can definitely ignite the path towards it

My heartfelt whisper of support for you:

At times, it’s okay to feel confused, messy, overwhelmed or not know anything. This can be your space to listen compassionately to all these parts of yourself, at your pace. You won't be alone in it, we can figure it out together, where I will ensure that the safety of the therapeutic bond is kept intact.
